Reporting directly to the store manager, you will join the Serravalle team as a Senior Client Advisor/Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
Achieve established sales targets
Directly assisting clients following the Canali customer experience standards
Clienteling and Customer Service
Guarantee high-level customer service
Guarantee impeccable management of the customer database and data quality
Coordinate customer loyalty and contact activities
Operations
Supervise inventory control and management
Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and materials
Ensure the store is always impeccable and reflects the brand image
Ensure compliance with procedures
EXPERIENCE
2+ years in a similar position
Previous experience in Serravalle Outlet
Customer-centric mindset, teamwork and digital skills
Attention to detail and organization abilities
Good knowledge of English (every other additional foreign language is a plus)
Knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory
