For our Milan Montenapoleone boutique, we are seeking a distinguished Senior Client Advisor to play a pivotal role in maximizing boutique performance. This will be achieved through exceeding sales targets and strategic objectives, while consistently delivering an unparalleled client experience embodying luxury and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales by actively contributing to daily sales activities and achieving personal and boutique sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional service, offering expert advice in product selection and suggesting complementary items.
  • Manage payment processing with accuracy, including cash and card transactions.
  • Oversee receipt and recording of inventory deliveries, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, leveraging knowledge of the Milan luxury market.
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM applications to enhance client engagement and personalize experiences.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • 3-4 years of experience in luxury retail with a strong understanding of the high-end market.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Milan's luxury scene and an established network of local clients.
  • Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
