Un leader dans le secteur des produits de luxe recherche un Senior Client Advisor pour créer des relations durables avec les clients et atteindre des objectifs de vente. Ce poste implique le mentorat au sein de l'équipe et un soutien proactif aux opérations du magasin. Le candidat idéal maîtrisera les compétences de communication et de clienteling tout en contribuant au bon fonctionnement de l'équipe.

Descrizione del lavoro

As a Senior Client Advisor , you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton values. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.

You will be a role model to the team and will support your Team Manager in operational duties.

You will proactively reach out to your Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.

Job Responsibilities

Be an Exceptional Client Advisor and a Role Model for the Team

  • Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results, and support the team in their sales.
  • Welcome every Client and enhance their experience, advising Clients across the Brand and all product categories.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, leveraging the different tools available to develop existing and recruit new Clients and build long-term Client relationships.
  • Develop the highest standards of Brand and product knowledge.
  • Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.

Proactively Support the Team Managers in Establishing a Client-Centric Mindset within the Team

  • Assist Management in daily operations : floor management, stock operations, and opening / closing duties.
  • Support the Managers in developing the team through mentoring and buddying activities.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when needed.

Profile

Requirements

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • High level of clienteling.
  • Motivation to support the team.
  • Understanding of business priorities and store dynamics.
  • Strong organizational skills and agility.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
