Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Channel Manager to lead the development and expansion of Trend Micro’s partner ecosystem in Italy. This strategic role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with key partners—VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, hosters, and cloud brokers—while driving growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts.

The Senior Channel Manager will design and implement partner recruitment, enablement, and growth strategies that align with Trend Micro’s overall objectives. The role includes significant travel across Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute channel partner strategies to expand Trend Micro’s footprint across enterprise and mid-market customers in Italy.
  • Recruit, onboard, and grow high-potential partners, with a focus on VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, hosters, and cloud brokers.
  • Build strong executive-level relationships within the partner ecosystem to foster long-term collaboration and loyalty.
  • Deliver training, enablement, and business support to strengthen partner sales, marketing, and technical capabilities.
  • Drive joint business planning with partners, aligning objectives, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee pipeline development, deal registration, and sales forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Represent Trend Micro at partner and industry events, promoting our solutions and strengthening market presence.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in channel sales / management, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Strong track record of building and growing strategic partner relationships.
  • Experience with managed services partners and recurring revenue models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ across Italy.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is an advantage.
