The role emphasizes process development, technical support, and continuous improvement with less direct calibration activity compared to a dedicated specialist.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in calibration, metrology, automation, or lab instrumentation management.
• Strong knowledge of measurement instruments and measurement uncertainty.
• Experience with automated test systems and equipment used in testing and certification laboratories.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient English written and spoken.

• Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and automated test systems.
• Support installation, validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of laboratory systems.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety of testing activities.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to internal users.

• Plan and oversee calibration and maintenance activities for instrumentation.
