Micron Technology, Inc. in Italy seeks a Senior CAD Engineer to optimize and simulate complex analog and digital circuits, developing state-of-the-art flows to boost productivity and reduce pre-silicon failures.

The role involves working with NAND enablement teams across sites, collaborating with CAD engineers and designers to enhance memory designs, and advancing tool flows with AI-enabled automation. Strong EE background and design CAD experience are required.

Competenze

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; capable of working in global cross-functional teams.
• Excellent programming fundamentals are required.
• Experience in Circuit Simulation.
• Experience with Unix and shell scripting is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Innovate to develop tools, flows, and methodologies to increase design efficiency and quality of memory designs on NAND.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users on new tools and methods.
• Collaborate closely with design, verification, layout teams, and EDA vendors.
