Une entreprise leader dans la construction recherche un Acheteur Senior pour son siège à Milan. Vous serez chargé de la gestion des achats stratégiques, du développement de relations avec les fournisseurs et de l'analyse des offres. Ce poste nécessite d'excellentes compétences en négociation et une capacité à travailler dans un environnement multinational.

Competenze

  • 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'acheteur dans un contexte multinational.
  • Diplôme spécialisé requis.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, connaissance du français est un plus.

  • Coordonner les stratégies d'achat avec le Global Commodity Manager.

Webuild Group is currently hiring a Senior Buyer for its Commodity Subcontracting in the Headquarters in Milan .

Responsibilities :

  • Supporting the Global Commodity Manager while coordinating buyers of one's Unit, to define the budget and strategy for procuring goods and services;
  • Defining the Supplier List in the Vendor List, preparing the request for proposal to send to suppliers, and managing commercial and contractual negotiation activities with the identified suppliers, to pursue the following targets : inexpensiveness, synergy, qualitative excellence, and lead time optimization;
  • Analysing, comparing, and assessing the offers received by suppliers, ensuring they are technically checked by requesting Corporate Departments / Operational Units. Preparing summary tables of the final offers and recommendations;
  • Drawing up the terms and conditions of contracts / purchase orders, with the support of the Legal Department and Contract Department, while coordinating with requesting Departments;
  • Managing supplier relations in compliance with the Company's Code of Ethics, its Organization, Management and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 / 2001, and its Anti-Corruption Model;
  • Supporting Regional Procurement Managers and Purchasing Managers to create procurement plans for the Operational Units, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Supporting report analysis activities and identifying corrective measures, in agreement with the Global Commodity Manager and Vendor Management, to manage and mitigate critical issues detected during the procurement process.

Requirements :

  • 5 years' experience in the same role in multinational contexts;
  • Specialist Degree in Economic / Engineering;
  • Market analysis and benchmarking skills;
  • Capability of managing the defined procurement strategy according to the product type under one's area of responsibility;
  • Negotiation techniques and strategies;
  • Supply base selection, development, and management;
  • Contractual skills, capable of reading and implementing the most important contractual terms;
  • Capability of carrying out prime cost driver value analyses;
  • Excellent mastery of MS Office; SAP MM;
  • Available to travel and stay at worksites and joint ventures;
  • Fluent English (knowledge of French would be considered a plus).

  • Excellent communication and relational skills.
