Le candidat idéal aura 5 ans d'expérience, un diplôme en économie ou ingénierie, et des compétences en négociation et gestion de contrats. En tant qu'Acheteur Senior, vous serez responsable de la conduite de la stratégie d'approvisionnement et de la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs, garantissant efficacité et qualité dans le processus d'achat. Une forte maîtrise de l'anglais est requise, et des déplacements sont à prévoir.

Competenze

• 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans des contextes multinational.
• Capacité à gérer des stratégies d'approvisionnement.
• Anglais courant (le français est un plus).

Webuild Group is currently hiring a Senior Buyer for its Commodity Subcontracting in the Headquarters in Milan .

Responsibilities :

• Supporting the Global Commodity Manager while coordinating buyers of one's Unit, to define the budget and strategy for procuring goods and services;
• Defining the Supplier List in the Vendor List, preparing the request for proposal to send to suppliers, and managing commercial and contractual negotiation activities with the identified suppliers, to pursue the following targets : inexpensiveness, synergy, qualitative excellence, and lead time optimization;
• Analysing, comparing, and assessing the offers received by suppliers, ensuring they are technically checked by requesting Corporate Departments / Operational Units. Preparing summary tables of the final offers and recommendations;
• Drawing up the terms and conditions of contracts / purchase orders, with the support of the Legal Department and Contract Department, while coordinating with requesting Departments;
• Managing supplier relations in compliance with the Company's Code of Ethics, its Organization, Management and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 / 2001, and its Anti-Corruption Model;
• Supporting Regional Procurement Managers and Purchasing Managers to create procurement plans for the Operational Units, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness;
• Supporting report analysis activities and identifying corrective measures, in agreement with the Global Commodity Manager and Vendor Management, to manage and mitigate critical issues detected during the procurement process.

Requirements :

• 5 years' experience in the same role in multinational contexts;
• Specialist Degree in Economic / Engineering;
• Market analysis and benchmarking skills;
• Capability of managing the defined procurement strategy according to the product type under one's area of responsibility;
• Negotiation techniques and strategies;
• Supply base selection, development, and management;
• Contractual skills, capable of reading and implementing the most important contractual terms;
• Capability of carrying out prime cost driver value analyses;
• Excellent mastery of MS Office; SAP MM;
• Available to travel and stay at worksites and joint ventures;
• Fluent English (knowledge of French would be considered a plus).
