Job summary

Webuild is seeking a procurement professional to support large-scale project needs in Milano. You will build the vendor base, issue RFQs, and negotiate terms to achieve cost, quality, and timely delivery goals.

Role requires an engineering degree, 5-10 years of experience on complex projects, and advanced English. You will collaborate with Legal and Operations, ensuring compliance and strong supplier relationships while maintaining ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or similar.
• 5-10 years of experience on large, complex projects.
• Advanced English (oral and written).
• Strong negotiation and market analysis skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Define Vendor List and issue RFQs.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers.
• Perform cost analyses and evaluate offers with technical verification.
• Draft Purchase Orders terms in collaboration with Legal and Contracts.
• Manage supplier relations in line with ethics and anti-corruption models.
• Ensure on-time delivery within cost, quality, safety, environmental, and community constraints.
• Coordinate with requesting departments to finalize offers and recommendations.
