Competenze

• Laurea in Economia, Amministrazione Aziendale, Fashion Management o area correlata.
• Esperienza in buying, merchandising o ruolo commerciale in moda/retail.
• Spiccate capacità di negoziazione con impatto commerciale dimostrato.
• Mentalità orientata ai dati e decisioni guidate da KPI.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e collaborazione cross-team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the strategic development of a brand portfolio in close cooperation with the counterpart in Planning and generates additional product range opportunities to mitigate risks.
• Manages strategic relationships with important brand partners in order to further strengthen and expand them and to increase the company's success.
• As a senior buyer, you will drive existing processes and tools forward and promote innovation and the sharing of best practices across the departments in your business unit.
• Own and manage the commercial performance of a portfolio of brands or a classification, supporting the Lifestyle category, with accountability for key KPIs in close partnership with Merchandise Planning.
• Develop and execute buying and assortment strategies aligned with Lifestyle category, classification, and company targets.
• Lead negotiations with brand partners to secure commercially successful and mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ensure a relevant, customer-focused assortment by identifying trends, onboarding new brands, and optimizing seasonal opportunities within the Lifestyle category.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with brand partners while representing and promoting the company strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in buying, merchandising, or a commercial role within fashion, retail, or lifestyle categories.
• Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated record of commercial impact.
• Solid understanding of market trends, brands, competitors, and customer needs within Lifestyle or related segments.
• Data-driven and commercially minded, with the ability to make KPI‑led decisions.
• Confident communicator, able to present complex topics and collaborate effectively across teams.

The starting total annual gross compensation for this position is € 66,500 and includes fixed salary and other applicable compensation elements. Any offer we will eventually make to potential candidate will reflect the level of relevant experience and competencies demonstrated during the process and thus might deviate from the starting salary mentioned above. Our assessment criteria are objective, gender‑neutral, and applied consistently to all candidates(Commercio CCNL).
