Position Summary

For the Lainate (MI) site - Connect & Control Technologies - we are seeking a Senior Buyer to join our Italian team.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate price lists and define Stocking Agreements and framework contracts.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal departments to foster effective synergy.
• Maintain and qualify suppliers in the approved database through thorough scouting activities.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze company consumption.
• Determine and track KPIs.
• Oversee supplier performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Create and update reports for management regularly.
• Support the Purchasing Manager in coordinating the local team.

Additionally, responsible for entering and maintaining procurement data in the company system (e.g., supplier agreements, material records, purchase orders, order confirmations).
