Job Description Summary The Senior Business Process Specialist (SBPS) is a new position within Strategy, Marketing & Sales Function - as key part of ITO (Inquiry to Order) Risk, Process & Methodologies - and will directly report to the Commercial Risk & Business Operations Leader.

In role you will serve as the pivotal interface for the Sales Organization on Commercial Risk Management, Process & Methodology, contributing to the establishment and oversight of standard-work practices and guidelines to ensure an agile, safe, and compliant order intake flow.

Additionally, you will act as the Focal Point for the development and application of Flight Deck, GE Aerospace's proprietary operating model, within the Sales Function and across any cross-functional projects or initiatives. Job Description Essential Responsibilities

Own the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform assuring accuracy of data, providing analysis on sales metrics and performance aimed to deliver official reporting to Avio Aero Senior Leadership Team, guidance to Sales community and support Avio Aero internal Monthly Operating Rhythm (MOR) cadence.

Coordinate Commercial Leaders in the preparation and presentation of business acquisition tollgates (Gate A1 / B4) assuring adherence to the “Phase & Gate” approach and full compliance with the relevant Avio Aero & GE Aerospace’s processes and procedures.

Assure the proper Commercial Risk Management process is in place and well-established up to Senior Leadership Team’s Delegation of Authority discussion.

Interact with Sales / Program Management and Finance to establish and monitoring compliant business acquisition rules and train Sales & Commercial Operations community on their correct application.

Play as the Focal Point for the Function on every digital infrastructure development or update in collaboration with Avio Avio Aero-Digital.

Be the Sales Org. focal point on Avio Aero-Flight Deck to define and implement specific projects aimed to establish Standard Work practice and Lean Culture within the Function in a logic of processes’ continuous improvement.

Play as the bridge with all the relevant Functions in terms of respective Operating Rhythms interactions, Budget preparation and process & procedure coordination.

Qualifications / Requirement

Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Economic / Digital).

Previous experience in business & contract management.

Knowledge Financials, Six Sigma principles and basic contractual features.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Solid analytical and problem solving skills

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively lead functional and inter-functional teams.

Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
