The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience and a strong background in fintech or payments. Senior Business Development Specialist – Fintech / Payments (Milan, Hybrid)
Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy (Hybrid – 2 remote days / week)
My client is looking for a Business Development Specialist to help grow the Italian market for a fast-scaling European fintech working in the payments space.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, is naturally curious, and understands the value of building long-term commercial relationships — especially in eCommerce and digital-first environments. We need somebody with experience in Sales in the area of ecommerce and ideally payments. This is not a KAM role, it is a pure sales position and we are looking for someone with a motivation for sales.
