Following significant growth in recent years, the company has expanded its presence in key European and international markets. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (M/F) to cover Italy.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Sales Director, you are recognized as a sales hunter.
You hold a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Nutrition, or Biology, with at least 5 years of experience in a B2B environment involving manufacturers, distributors, and CMOs. Experience in the nutraceutical industry and botanical ingredients is advantageous, as is a background in international commercial development.
You are a proactive sales hunter, eager to travel regularly. You have a proven track record managing long sales cycles for scientifically validated products with therapeutic benefits.
Known for being autonomous, analytical, and flexible, you have a pragmatic mindset. Colleagues describe you as rigorous, resilient under pressure, and an excellent communicator.
You are a native Italian speaker and fluent in English, which is essential given the international scope of the role.
Remote work from Italy or Spain.
