Our client is an international company specializing in the development and manufacturing of differentiated natural ingredients.
Following significant growth in recent years, the company has expanded its presence in key European and international markets. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (M / F).
This role reports directly to the Deputy Sales Director and is identified as a sales hunter.
You hold a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Nutrition, or Biology, with at least 5 years of professional experience in a B2B environment, working with manufacturers, distributors, and CMOs. Experience in the nutraceutical industry and botanical ingredients is a plus, as is a background in international commercial development.
You are a proactive hunter, eager to travel regularly, with a proven track record managing long sales cycles for scientifically validated products with therapeutic benefits.
Known for being autonomous, analytical, and flexible, you have a pragmatic mindset. Colleagues describe you as rigorous, resilient under pressure, and an excellent communicator.
You are a native Italian speaker and fluent in English, which is essential for the international scope of the role.
