Position Summary:

The (Snr.) Business Development Manager is responsible for specifying, planning, and growing new products and solutions in the Energy Storage segment. This role involves formulating innovative product solutions and building sustainable relationships with external and internal partners to support business expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs, market trends, and input from leadership to align product strategy in the Energy Storage market.
  • Identify opportunities, prepare proposals for RFPs, handle budgeting, pricing, negotiations, and post-bid analysis.
  • Develop and engage early adopter customers for testing and launching new energy storage products.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop business plans for product or service improvements and new developments.
  • Assess operational issues and stay current with trends, innovations, and pricing strategies to identify new market segments.
  • Coordinate with development and delivery teams or external suppliers to ensure product quality and schedule adherence.
  • Manage product launch processes with field marketing and sales teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Energy Storage, Wind, and Solar industries.
  • Proven business development track record.
  • Decision-making confidence regarding product guidelines and completion.
  • Understanding of financial reports, budgets, and expenditures.
