Overview

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive the development and expansion of our partner ecosystem in Italy. This strategic role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with key partners—VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, hosters, and cloud brokers—while driving growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts. The Senior Channel Manager will design and implement partner recruitment, enablement, and growth strategies that align with our overall objectives. The role includes significant travel across Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute channel partner strategies to expand our footprint across enterprise and mid-market customers in Italy.
  • Recruit, onboard, and grow high-potential partners, with a focus on VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, hosters, and cloud brokers.
  • Build strong executive-level relationships within the partner ecosystem to foster long-term collaboration and loyalty.
  • Deliver training, enablement, and business support to strengthen partner sales, marketing, and technical capabilities.
  • Drive joint business planning with partners, aligning objectives, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee pipeline development, deal registration, and sales forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Represent us at partner and industry events, promoting our solutions and strengthening market presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • 5+ years' experience in channel sales / management, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • A strong track record of building and growing strategic partner relationships.
  • Experience with managed services partners and recurring revenue models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ across Italy.
  • Familiarity with is an advantage.
