VT Markets is searching for a Senior Business Development Executive to lead their expansion in the Italian market. In this remote role, you will drive business growth by establishing partnerships and managing client relations, focusing on the FX and Multi-asset sectors while achieving ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1-5 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in communication and relationship management.

• Minimum 1-5 years of proven experience in B2B Multi-asset sales, account management, or business development roles.
• Deep understanding of FX/Multi-asset markets and brokerage operations is essential.
• Fluency in English and Italian required.

Your Role in VT Markets

As our Senior Business Development Executive for, you will be instrumental in driving VT Markets' expansion across markets through strategic partnership development and client acquisition. Working closely with our global business development and marketing teams, you will focus on building and managing a robust portfolio of affiliate and institutional partners while identifying new growth opportunities within the FX and Multi-asset industry. Your role will be critical in achieving our ambitious growth targets and establishing VT Markets as a leading presence in the trading landscape.

This is remote based position in Italy.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and lead generation within the FX and Multi-asset industry
• Expand and manage VT Markets' portfolio of affiliates, institutional partners, and strategic alliances across markets
• Actively prospect, qualify, and convert potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship building

Client & Partner Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring superior customer service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and client relations to deliver comprehensive solutions to partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities

Performance & Target Achievement

• Achieve and exceed monthly business development targets and KPIs

What Makes You a Great Fit

Job Experience & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-5 years of proven experience in B2B Multi-asset instrument or Multi-asset sales, account management, or business development roles
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client portfolios

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Deep understanding of FX/Multi-asset markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
• Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated and autonomous working style with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for building long-term business relationships

Other Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Additional languages will be considered a significant advantage
• Willingness to travel within markets as per business needs
