We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who can lead and develop our HR policies, working closely with our CEO and department directors to gather and analyze business needs, develop strategic HR plans, and promote a corporate culture based on innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being.

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to hiring
  • Analyze, monitor, and optimize our HR department's resource management to ensure sustainable growth
  • Define plans to attract top talent and develop training pathways for internal staff
  • Oversee and coordinate our team responsible for recruitment and selection, serving as a direct liaison with our CEO and directors to translate corporate priorities into effective HR strategies

Requirements :

  • At least 5+ years in similar roles, focusing on recruitment, organizational development, and strategic HR management
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Work Psychology, Human Sciences, or equivalent. A master's degree in HR is preferred
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws and main HR management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationship management skills
