To support our team within the Business Unit Grid Integration, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller to lead the finance operations of Power Conversion and e-mobility Global Center of Competence (GCoC), as well as e-mobility and Rail Traction under the Hitachi-owned COET business.

How you'll make an impact:

• Responsibility for the financial performance, processes, and internal controls of GCoC, comprising manufacturing and project businesses in Italy and Switzerland.
• Finance Business Partnering to the COET General Manager and the Management Team.
• Leading finance teams in Italy and Switzerland.
• Responsibility for the financial control of tenders and projects through efficient risk reviews, project reviews, and other governance measures.
• Supporting strategic business development and operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• A master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 10 years of experience in business finance, operational controlling, and accounting, preferably in manufacturing or project environments within an international company.
• Strong financial management, people leadership, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP and data analytics systems.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
