To support our team within the Business Unit Grid Integration, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller to lead the finance operations of Power Conversion and e-mobility Global Center of Competence (GCoC), as well as e-mobility and Rail Traction under the Hitachi-owned COET business.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Responsibility for the financial performance, processes, and internal controls of GCoC, which includes manufacturing and projects in Italy and Switzerland.
• Finance Business Partnering to the COET General Manager and the Management Team.
• Leading finance teams in Italy and Switzerland.
• Managing financial control of tenders and projects through risk reviews, project reviews, and governance measures.
• Supporting strategic, business development, and operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.

Your Background

• A master’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in business, finance, operational controlling, and accounting, preferably in an international manufacturing or project environment.
• Strong financial management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proactive, with a can-do attitude and change management experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP and data analytics systems.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
