We are seeking a highly qualified, self-employed Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain & Manufacturing sector - who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical in helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

1. Fluent English (C1 or B2 - Upper Intermediate).
2. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ERP experience, preferably JD Edwards (JDE), and solid experience working with manufacturing and supply chain processes in multiple countries.
3. Primary responsibilities include:

• Oversight of end-to-end supply chain activities,
• Production planning support,
• Inventory optimization and ongoing coordination between suppliers, logistics, and internal teams.

Additional skills and qualities:

• Strong negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and contractual agreements.
• Playing a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Passion for digital innovation.
• Ability to build bridges and enjoy solving problems.
• Being a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills.

Technical skills:

• Programming languages: Oracle SQL (Intermediate Queries) and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.
• Experience using tools like Rally, JIRA, TFS, or other advanced Agile tools.
