In this role, you will be a strategic and innovative thinker with a passion for data analysis, managing and optimizing central R&D processes, creating transparency on project execution status, and driving impactful business decisions. You will also develop innovative digital solutions in collaboration with headquarters and R&D stakeholders across locations in an agile environment.

You will:

1. Harness data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted digital solutions to enhance R&D efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Lead and execute process improvement & methodology projects as a Scrum Master, from concept to implementation, to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and increase transparency.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to promote cultural change and ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
5. Develop and maintain KPIs to measure R&D performance and support strategic decisions.

Your Profile:

You possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy, with strong execution skills and the ability to solve problems independently. You thrive in global, intercultural environments, building strong, lasting relationships. You are eager to learn and adapt, staying current with new tools and methods. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for presenting complex information clearly across various levels.

You are best suited if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business process improvement and data analytics projects, especially in analysis, data visualization, and data engineering/architecture.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, and visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira & Confluence.
• A Scrum Master certification.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); German language skills are a plus.
