We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with proven experience and deep knowledge of the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) industry. The ideal candidate shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical in helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

1. Fluent English (C1 or B2 - Upper Intermediate).
2. Bachelor's degree in banking and finance, business administration, information technology, anti-money laundering and compliance systems, or similar degrees.
3. AML Knowledge, particularly in Name Screening, Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STR), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Continuous Monitoring.
4. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels, and experience working on complex projects in the financial services industry.

8. Strong interpersonal skills.
9. Programming knowledge: Oracle SQL (Intermediate Queries) and MySQL.
10. Experience in Banking and Financial Services.
11. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.
12. Experience using tools like Rally, JIRA, TFS, or similar for Agile teams.
