You will develop comprehensive marketing strategies and lead cross-functional teams to enhance brand performance. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in FMCG marketing and a Master's degree. The role offers a permanent contract with flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.

Competenze

• At least 6 years of experience in Marketing in FMCG companies.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proven track record in portfolio architecture and P&L management.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy.
• Lead the 360° marketing plan including digital and social media.
• Drive new product development from ideation to launch.
