Jam is recruiting a Senior Building Management Systems Engineer for a major data centre project near Milan. Based in Monza, you will own the technical delivery and coordinate the BMS design across disciplines.

You’ll manage Tier 2 engineering submittals, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure the BMS system operates exactly as specified, including testing, commissioning and handover documentation. The role is permanent, with up to €85,000 salary plus package, reflecting seniority and project

Competenze

• Experience delivering BMS submittals: I/O lists, data points, equipment schedules.
• Ability to translate functional specs into operable BMS systems.
• Experience with off-site testing and change control.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of Tier 2 engineering and design submittals.
• Coordinate BMS subcontractors and wider project team.
• Ensure testing, commissioning and handover processes follow the Quality Plan.
• Produce O&M documentation and record drawings.
• Attend technical and progress meetings and site walkdowns.
