HCLTech in Milano seeks an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Solution Architect to lead design and implementation for enterprise warehouse programs. You will translate business needs into scalable BY WMS solutions and provide architectural leadership through the full implementation lifecycle.

The role requires deep BY WMS knowledge, strong integration skills with ERP/SAP and TMS, and the ability to guide distributed teams across workshops, SIT/UAT, and deployment activities.

Competenze

• 10+ years of supply chain/WMS experience.
• Deep knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS configuration, solution design, extensions, and integration patterns.
• Experience integrating WMS with SAP/ERP, TMS, OMS, automation/MHE, and third‑party applications.

Mansioni

• Lead BY WMS solution architecture, design, and implementation for complex warehouse and distribution environments.
• Conduct discovery workshops with business stakeholders to understand warehouse processes, pain points, and transformation requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs aligned with Blue Yonder capabilities and best practices.
• Design end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound/receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking/packing/shipping, wave management, returns, and cycle counting.
• Define integration architecture between Blue Yonder and ERP/SAP, TMS, OMS, automation, and external platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance for configuration, extensions, interfaces, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Review solution designs for scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and alignment with EA standards.
• Lead design reviews and provide technical/functional guidance to developers, consultants, and testing teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production stabilization activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and design decisions and drive closure.
• Act as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and advise on warehouse transformation and BY roadmap opportunities.
