Human Technopole (HT) is an interdisciplinary life science research institute supported by the Italian Government, aiming to develop innovative strategies to improve human health. HT comprises five Centers: Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Genomics, Neurogenomics, and Health Data Science. These centers collaborate to promote interdisciplinary research and foster an open, collaborative environment to advance life sciences both nationally and internationally.
The Human Technopole Foundation seeks a highly motivated Senior Bioinformatician for Prof. Giuseppe Testa's Neurogenomics Research Centre. The lab emphasizes reproducibility and transparency following the FAIR principles, leveraging advanced High-Performance Computing infrastructure and close collaborations with computational and experimental biologists, as well as core facilities and support units like CEREBRA.
Research Focus: High-definition modeling of neurodevelopmental disorders through integration of brain organoid technologies, multi-omic, imaging, and functional assays. See related publications for context.
