AVL Italia S.p.A. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer - Battery Systems to lead the design and integration of battery systems, BMS, and powertrain components across development and test environments.

You will align requirements, interfaces, and verification plans with global teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The role requires a technical background in electrical/mechatronics engineering, 4–7 years in battery or electrification projects, and willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Experience in requirements engineering, system integration, verification and validation.
• Experience with battery-related development projects or HV systems is advantageous.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Design of battery systems and related sub-systems and their integration into testing and development applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, global project teams for seamless integration.
• Provide technical guidance for system installation and commissioning and support troubleshooting.
