Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build backend and AI-enabled systems powering a cutting‑edge platform in the electric mobility space.

You will design, develop, and operate reliable web services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python, balancing hands‑on engineering with architectural ownership. You will own AI-based backend solutions, collaborate with AI engineers to productionize Python tools within production Node.js and Python services, and work with product,

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional experience designing, building, and operating production‑grade web services.
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, concurrency.
• Extensive experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Advanced Node.js and TypeScript with Express or NestJS.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining production‑grade RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of API versioning, authentication, rate limiting, pagination, and reliability.
• Expertise in microservices, event‑driven systems, and CQRS.
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Solid SQL expertise with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Proficient English; strong documentation and knowledge sharing.
• AWS deployment including Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch.
• Python backend development is highly desirable.
