Job summary

TeamSystem is Italy’s leading Tech & AI company and a European leader in digital solutions for businesses. We are seeking an experienced backend professional to translate requirements into scalable code, design microservices, and drive architectural excellence in an Azure cloud environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to payments integration while maintaining high quality, performance and security across services.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of backend development with Java Spring Boot or C# .NET.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems; solid DB skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into code to build, improve and maintain high-quality software.
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews; mentor junior engineers.
• Design microservices and integrate with payment systems and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and cross-functional teams; contribute to Azure deployments.
