Senior Back End Developer

We’re looking for a world-class Backend developer to join our team in Milan.

You’d be in charge of Python and Node.js microservices development, and help maintain, upgrade, and develop our BI analytics platform. You will also research solutions, suggest improvements to the UX, and work on implementing them.

What You Have

• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js or Python
• In-depth Docker knowledge
• Experience with distributed systems design is a plus
• GCP, PostgreSQL, K8s, Typescript, Java knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts is a plus

We offer a competitive salary, along with the possibility of company equity. The typical salary range for this role is €50,000 to €60,000. As you gain experience and contribute more significantly, your compensation will be reviewed accordingly.

Depending on your seniority and performance, you may also receive stock options, with a variable component tied to your base salary, allowing you to participate directly in the company's success.
