We’re looking for a world-class Backend developer to join our team in Milan.

You’d be in charge of Python and Node.js microservices development, helping maintain, upgrade, and develop our BI analytics platform. You will also research solutions, suggest improvements to the UX, and work on implementing them.

What You Have

• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js or Python
• In-depth Docker knowledge
• Experience with distributed systems design is a plus
• Knowledge of GCP, PostgreSQL, K8s, Typescript, Java is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts is a plus

We offer a competitive salary, typically ranging between €50,000 and €60,000, based on experience. Your compensation will be reviewed as you contribute more significantly to the business.

Depending on your seniority and performance, you may also receive stock options, with a variable value tied to your base salary, allowing you to participate in the company's success.
