We’re looking for a world-class Backend developer to join our team in Milan.

You’ll be responsible for developing Python and Node.js microservices, maintaining, upgrading, and developing our BI analytics platform. You will also research solutions, suggest UX improvements, and implement them.

What You Have

• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js or Python
• In-depth Docker knowledge
• Experience with distributed systems design is a plus
• Knowledge of GCP, PostgreSQL, K8s, Typescript, Java is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts is a plus

We offer a competitive salary, ranging between €50,000 and €60,000, based on experience, with potential bonuses. As you contribute more significantly, your compensation will be reviewed accordingly.

Depending on your seniority and performance, you may also receive stock options, with a value tied to your base salary, allowing you to participate in the company’s success.
