We’re looking for a world-class Backend developer to join our team in Milan.

You’ll be responsible for developing Python and Node.js microservices, maintaining, upgrading, and developing our BI analytics platform. You will also research solutions, suggest improvements to the UX, and work on implementing them.

What You Have

• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js or Python
• In-depth Docker knowledge
• Experience with distributed systems design is a plus
• Knowledge of GCP, PostgreSQL, K8s, Typescript, Java is a plus
• Knowledge of CI / CD concepts is a plus

We offer a competitive salary, along with the possibility of company equity. The typical salary range for this role is €50,000 to €60,000. As you gain experience and contribute significantly, your compensation will be reviewed accordingly.

Depending on your seniority and performance, you may also receive stock options, with a value linked to your base salary, allowing you to participate in the company’s success.
