We’re looking for a world-class Backend Developer to join our team in Milan.

You’ll be responsible for developing Python and Node.js microservices, maintaining, upgrading, and expanding our BI analytics platform. You will also research solutions, suggest UX improvements, and implement them.

What You Have

• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js or Python
• In-depth Docker knowledge
• Experience with distributed systems design is a plus
• Knowledge of GCP, PostgreSQL, K8s, Typescript, Java is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts is a plus

Salary is based on experience and complemented with bonuses. The typical salary range for this role is €50,000 to €60,000. As you gain experience and contribute more significantly, your compensation will be reviewed accordingly.

Depending on your seniority and performance, you may also have the opportunity to receive stock options, which are variable and linked to your base salary, allowing you to participate in the company's success.
