EnerSys in Montevarchi, Tuscany, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own Azure AKS and platform security, delivering secure-by-default cloud infrastructure for microservices and AI workloads.

You will work with platform, devops, security and data teams to improve reliability, security posture and operational maturity, shaping how the organization runs AI workloads in production while maintaining high availability.

Competenze

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform, Cloud or Infrastructure Engineering roles with production ownership.
• Azure AKS and cloud security expertise in enterprise environments.
• Strong AKS, Kubernetes design and RBAC, DNS, ingress and autoscaling.
• Security focus: Azure Defender, SIEM/SOAR, Zero Trust and secrets management.
• Terraform, Bicep or Pulumi, with Helm and Kustomize.
• CI/CD and DevSecOps with Azure DevOps Pipelines, SAST/DAST, IaC scanning.
• Observability and incident management: metrics, logs, SLOs/SLIs.
• Scripting in Python/Bash/PowerShell/Go.
• Kubernetes API gateways like APISIX or Kong.

Mansioni

• Design, build and operate secure, highly available Azure cloud architecture for microservices and AI workloads.
• Operate production and non-production AKS clusters with automated provisioning via IaC.
• Own Azure and AKS security posture across identity, networking, secrets and policy.
• Design and operate Kubernetes API gateway and ingress layers with APISIX or Kong.
• Build metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerts using Azure and open-source tools.
• Support secure deployment and governance of AI workloads with controlled identities and auditing.
• Partner with engineering to define platform standards and runbooks.
