NTT DATA Romania seeks a Senior Embedded Software Developer for an automotive DCDC converter project in the e-mobility domain. You will develop AUTOSAR Classic BSW and low-level embedded software in C, integrating MCAL, BSW, and RTE across ECU software layers.

You will collaborate with System, Hardware, Software Architecture and Testing teams, support bring-up and testing on target hardware, and ensure quality per Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 standards, with flexible remote/hybrid/office

Competenze

• 5+ years of automotive embedded software development experience.
• Excellent Embedded C programming skills.
• Strong hands-on AUTOSAR Classic BSW experience.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR modules and their integration (COM, PduR, CanIf, CanTp, DCM, DEM, NvM, MemIf, EcuM, BswM, WdgM, RTE, MCAL).
• Experience with AUTOSAR configuration tools and ISO 26262/Automotive SPICE basics.
• Good English communication skills and experience with DCDC converters/power ECUs.

Mansioni

• Develop, configure, and integrate AUTOSAR Classic BSW modules for the DCDC ECU.
• Implement and maintain low-level embedded software in C.
• Analyze and debug complex issues across MCAL, BSW, RTE, and application layers.
• Support ECU bring-up, software integration, and testing on target hardware.
• Develop and maintain communication, diagnostics, memory, and ECU management functionality.
• Perform root-cause analysis using automotive development and measurement tools.
• Collaborate with System, Hardware, Software Architecture, and Testing teams.
• Ensure software quality and compliance with AUTOSAR and Automotive SPICE processes.
• Participate in code reviews, integration activities, and software releases.
