Senior Automotive Exterior Designer - Sports Cars

Are you looking to join a highly experienced team of car designers for a forward-looking global company?

We are collaborating with a leading innovator in research, development, and technology, seeking a highly experienced Exterior Automotive Designer to join our team.

This global technology leader invests heavily in R&D to achieve significant technological advancements across various sectors and is recognized as a top global employer with one of the largest patent portfolios worldwide.

In this role, you will work on exterior design projects for cars at all stages of development. You will also lead small teams to drive projects and ensure optimal outcomes.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Milan, Italy, with a salary range of €80,000-€110,000 plus a 3-month bonus, depending on experience and interview performance. The role requires relocation if you are not already based in Milan.

We are interested in speaking to candidates with the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in sports car design, ideally from top design studios working with brands like Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Ferrari, or directly from such companies
• Minimum 8-10+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Sketch, 2D/3D Design, Clay modeling
• Skills in Blender
