AVL Italia S.p.A. is seeking an experienced engineer to design, test, and commission industrial control systems for HVAC and thermofluid processes.

You will work on PLC-based control, HMI/SCADA interfaces, and communication with third-party systems, with travel to customer sites in Italy. The role requires 5+ years in PLC software design in industrial or automotive environments, and strong knowledge of Siemens environments (TIA Portal, S7).

Competenze

• At least 5 years of PLC software design experience.
• Degree or diploma in a relevant engineering/computer field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and process control.

Mansioni

• Design core architecture of process control systems (PLCs, HMI, SCADA).
• Develop PLC software and interfaces with third-party systems.
• Perform commissioning and start-up at customer sites.
• Prepare final documentation and user manuals.
• Deliver training on developed control systems.
• Improve systems with modular, standardized approaches.
• Define technical specs for outsourced developments.
