Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Attorney (Avvocato Senior) located in Milan. The Senior Attorney will be responsible for handling complex legal cases, providing high-level legal advice, representing clients in court, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Daily tasks will include legal research, case analysis, client consultations, and collaboration with other team members to develop legal strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil and commercial law, litigation
• Experience in administrative law is a plus
• Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
