LSC is looking for experienced Senior Consultants for its headquarters in Italy to contribute to our ongoing expansion.

You will have direct interactions with global life science leaders at our client organizations.

Profile

We are looking for individuals passionate about management consulting and the Life Sciences industry, with strong problem-solving, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinking skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Guide team members to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operational success;
• Plan, manage, and structure work streams, supporting project execution;
• Conduct interviews, gather data, execute analyses, test data quality, and reconcile data sources. Interpret results and translate findings into clear, pragmatic recommendations and solutions.

Skills:

• Strong business acumen;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and insightful thinking skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Initiative and results-oriented mindset;
• Full availability to travel;
• Fluency in English, and proficiency in French and/or German;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Expertise:

• Excellent academic background with an advanced degree or MBA from a top-tier university, preferably in Biotechnology, Biology, Pre-Medicine, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Public Health, or related fields;
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Life Science/Healthcare management consulting or top-tier strategic management consulting within pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech practices.
