Job Description:

LSC is looking for experienced Senior Consultants for its headquarters in Italy to contribute to our ongoing expansion.

You will have direct interactions with global life science leaders at our client organizations.

Profile

We are looking for people with a passion for management consulting and the Life Sciences industry, with a strong attitude to problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and strategic thinking.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Guide team members to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operating success;
• Plan, manage, and structure work streams, as well as support execution of client projects;
• Conduct interviews, gather required data, execute analyses, test data quality, and reconcile data across sources. Interpret results and translate findings into clear, pragmatic recommendations and solutions.

Skills:

• Strong business acumen;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and insightful thinking;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Initiative and results orientation;
• Full availability to travel;
• Fluency in English, French, and/or German;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Expertise:

• Excellent academic background: advanced degree or MBA from a top-tier university, preferably in Biotechnology, Biology, Pre-Medicine, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Public Health, or related fields;
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Life Science/Healthcare management consulting or top-tier strategic management consulting within pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech practices.
