We are working with a leading global Real Estate Investment Manager to hire a Senior Associate for their Housing Team in Milan. This is an exciting hands-on role, focusing on the new real estate development projects, as well as execution of new investment opportunities and asset management across residential, student accomodation and mixed-use developments sectors.

Responsibilities :

Development Management

• Project development management, including third-party relationship management
• Ensuring project alignment with investment objectives, timelines and budgets
• Construction progress monitoring and quality control

Investment

• Sourcing, underwriting and execution of new housing investment opportunities
• Preparation of financial models and sensitivity analyses
• Post-acquisition asset management, performance monitoring and capex management

Requirements :

• Currently sitting as a Senior Associate (or equivalent) within an asset management, development or investment team of a highly-regarded real estate fund
• Extensive background and track record in the housing sector, including student accommodation, residential and mixed-use properties
• Strong technical background in financial modelling
• Familiarity with planning regulations, construction processes, and risk management
• Knowledge of English and Italian languages
