The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility and expertise in key design software, complemented with significant experience in the fashion and luxury industries. This role requires high-level creative execution and a solid understanding of both typography and conceptual design.

Spring Studios Milan is looking for a Senior Art Director to collaborate on a variety of brand projects. Duties include developing and executing innovative concepts and creative for a wide range of brand projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive creative concept and execution, creating 360 degree creativity that can be dispersed into various mediums for a variety of different clients / brands.
• Strive for the highest quality across all creative output and materials.
• Highly developed design sensibility, excellent typography / design skills, and conceptual design skills.
• Excellent knowledge of design software – including In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.
• Strong focus on the luxury / fashion industry in the portfolio works.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong presence on set.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Superior organization and time management skills.
• English language is a must, Italian is welcome.
