Role Requirements

• A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality art direction across various projects.
• Strong creative conceptual thinking skills, from campaigns to digital experiences and innovative products.
• Understanding of strategic work and ability to build on strategic platforms.
• Exceptional design aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Hands-on approach to work.
• Experience in team leadership and client interaction is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IxD fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and AI design tools is a plus.
