Your role

We are looking for a Senior Art Director with a sharp creative vision and the ability to think strategically, present ideas effectively, and engage in meaningful conversations around creative concepts. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics combined with a practical understanding of what is both beautiful and functional in relation to the brief.

Main responsibilities :

• Develop and lead compelling visual concepts that align with brand objectives and project briefs.
• Present ideas clearly and confidently, supporting concepts with well-reasoned arguments.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers and producers to ensure seamless execution of creative work.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to guide the creative process and elevate the quality of deliverables.
• Oversee production processes, with hands-on experience on set to ensure the creative vision is realized.
• Stay updated with industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to creative challenges.

Main requirements :

• Proven experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions.
• Experience in managing and directing photo and video shoots, ensuring quality and creative integrity on set.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite and related tools).
