Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and a full set of design documentation for luxury villas.
• Design complex facade solutions, selecting innovative materials and detailing joints.
• Present and coordinate design proposals directly with the company Director and General Manager for approval.
• Manage the internal design process: delegate tasks to other specialists (structural engineers, MEP engineers), and control project timelines and quality.
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Conduct site supervision to ensure the project is built exactly according to the design specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with a significant portion in a Project Architect or Senior Architect leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Autocad, REVIT, Sketch UP
• Detail-Oriented with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with design teams and other departments.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction processes and material.
• High level of Attention to Detail and commitment to quality.
