DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Senior Applications Healthcare Consultant. Successful applicants will be part of the Applications Practice in Healthcare & Local Government industry and will be involved in engagements supporting clients (Public and Private) during their Digital Transformation Journeys.

In Applications, we collaborate across DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions, enhance customer and employee experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, and transform client complexities into value through agile governance and change management frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design of “IT Architectures” and “IT Frameworks” (Organizations and Processes)
• IT Cost Benefits Analysis in Healthcare or public administration domains
• Analysis and Redesign of Healthcare or public sector processes
• Market analysis to support building partnerships for new services
• Drafting of project documentation (technical and functional)
• Participation in large Digital Transformation projects with cross-functional teams
• Contributing to project methodologies, tools, and workstep execution
• Client management and relationship building

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics
• 2–5 years of experience in Management Consulting in Healthcare or Public Sector
• A passion for Healthcare or Public Sector domains
• Fluent Italian (mother tongue) and good English skills (oral and written)
• Strong relational and analytical skills, proactivity, teamwork ability, willingness to travel, and goal-oriented mindset
