Consultant della divisione Tax & Accounting

Wolters Kluwer Italia, player di riferimento nello sviluppo di applicativi software per professionisti, ricerca per la funzione Consultant della divisione Tax & Accounting, un profilo LARGE ACCOUNT CONSULTANT.

Responsabilità

• Business development per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di ricavi assegnati alla BU di riferimento, contribuendo alla definizione della Go To Market strategy sul mercato Large Account
• Coaching e management della forza vendita specializzata su software e progetti rivolti al mercato tax
• Gestione e sviluppo di un set di clienti strategici assegnati
• Supporto alla forza vendita nella gestione di gare e opportunità di vendita di progetti “complessi”
• Sviluppo e gestione di una politica di partnership con le società di consulenza specializzate nel settore
• Collaborazione con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali per la gestione e lo sviluppo dei progetti sui clienti acquisiti
• Gestione dei progetti complessi in ottica di project management sia verso i Clienti sia verso i Dipartimenti coinvolti nel processo

Requisiti richiesti

• Laurea in materie economiche.
• Sarà considerato un plus aver conseguito un MBA
• Esperienza maturata in gestione progetti e/o vendita nelle principali società di consulenza che lavorano in ambito Tax & Accounting o similari
• Solido approccio gestionale in ottica di Project Management
• Capacità di trasferire il knowledge sharing
• Ottime capacità relazioni e di gestione di trattative complesse
• Esperienza nella gestione di vendita a valore
• Forte orientamento all’obiettivo e spirito imprenditoriale
• Capacità di contribuire attivamente alla definizione della strategia del business di riferimento, garantendone l’execution sia rispetto agli obiettivi di budget che a quelli di change management del team gestito
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Sede di lavoro: Milano. Si richiede disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

Compensazione

Compensation: €37,900.00 - €57,800.00 EUR This role is eligible for Bonus. The salary range shown applies to the primary location for this role. We also welcome applications from candidates who are based in, or able to attend, other Wolters Kluwer office locations in Italy. As compensation is location-specific, different salary ranges may apply. The applicable salary range for the relevant location will be communicated before interviews take place.
